This page serves as a networking portal for Faber customers and local real estate brokers. Here, Faber will communicate updates on offers that draws real estate agents to showcase our new homes and existing houses. Realtors have incentives for showcasing Faber Builders where we offer bonus programs such as 3 percent commission payments in 75 days or less, upon removal of contingencies and receipt of full deposit. It’s a similar plan to existing home transactions versus waiting until a house is built and closed on.
