Annamaria is the Production Administrative Assistant. She’s been working at Faber Builders for more than 8 years now and her job includes several areas of our new home building process. She works with many of our new homeowners, managing sales contracts, estimating materials to build each home and issuing work orders and purchase orders. Annamaria also hosts open houses and tours at our models and meets with new home owners to personalize their home, making their design selections and finalizing plans.
