Looking To Build Your Dream Home? Now Could Be The Time!

While you may have noticed that the supply of homes for sale is low, the supply of new homes is always increasing! Currently at Faber Builders, we are in pre-sale for Rose Hill Estates Section 3 and Regency Park Section 4, with a combined total of over 20 lots available and getting ready to be built! We even have new communities coming to Webster and Henrietta in the upcoming year.

The most recent Census data shows that the inventory of new homes is growing this year (see graph below):

With our new community sections and off-site lots available, this means you’ll have plenty of lots and floor plans to choose from when you’re ready to built. The graph above shows supply homes at various stages of the construction process – some are almost completed while others may be months away.

According to Robert Dietz, Chief Economist and Senior VP for Economics and Housing Policy for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB):

“28% of new home inventory consists of homes that have not started construction, compared to 21% a year ago.”

Building a new home might benefit you if you’re ready to move and you aren’t on a strict timeline. You’ll have the opportunity to design your home to fit your needs - including adding a home office! No matter what, the Faber Team is here to help make your dream home a reality.
