Featured Plan: Bellwoode

As summer is officially in full swing, with long sunny days and children out of school, could there be a more perfect time to get ready to build a brand-new home? Here at Faber Builders, we offer semi-custom home plans with a variety of options to suit all our clients’ needs.

For those looking for the convenience of single-level living, finding a home plan that is both an economical use of space AND has plenty of room for hosting friends and family can sometimes be a challenge. When this dilemma arises for our clients, some of them decide to build our Bellwoode plan – a 1,645 sq. ft. ranch that boasts an open and flexible floorplan.

The Bellwood features three bedrooms and two bathrooms – perfect for having family stay over from out of town. With the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms located on the other side, privacy and space don’t need to be a concern when guests are staying over for several days.

A spacious kitchen layout – compete with a large island that still allows for plenty of room to move about the space – flows right into an open great room. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with Jack-and-Jill sinks and a toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom.

The Bellwoode, complete with a two-car garage, a dedicated laundry room, a cozy front porch, and an optional rear covered porch, has everything to accommodate clients who appreciate single-floor living without sacrificing room or comfort. To schedule a tour of one of our communities and to talk to one of our sales team about building a Bellwoode, or any of our other home plans, please give us a call at 585-889-4840. You can also visit us at one of our sales offices in either Queens Park or Rose Hill Estates Monday through Thursday between 11am and 7pm, Friday between 10am and 5pm, and Saturday through Sunday between 11am and 5pm.
