Founded in 1983 by brothers Frank, Anthony, and Bernie Iacovangelo, Faber Builders is a trusted Rochester, NY home builder with a long-standing commitment to quality craftsmanship and new home construction. Born and raised in the Rochester area, the brothers began their journey by rehabilitating and building local commercial structures. Just one year later, they expanded into residential construction after being invited to build homes on nine remaining lots within an established subdivision.

The company quickly earned a reputation as a trusted Rochester, NY home builder known for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and standing behind every home they build. Through a commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional construction standards, Faber Builders grew into one of the area's leading residential home builders.

  • Faber is active in the Rochester Home Builders Association (RHBA) and has built homes in several Homearamas since 1988. Bernie Iacovangelo (Faber President & CEO) was Chairman of the 1995 Homearama and President of the Rochester Home Builders Association in 1996.
  • In 2003 Faber Builders proudly hosted the 25th Anniversary Homearama show at our Park Place Community in Chili, NY. Faber Builders showcased two homes at the event.
