Creating Your Dream Home with the Saginaw I Design

If you’ve chosen to live in our Rose Hill Estates community in Chili or our Queens Park community in Henrietta, then you’ve already selected the perfect small town for convenient living. Once you’ve selected your desired area, it’s time to really consider the floor plan that suits your wants and needs. Our Saginaw I plan is a beautiful design with desirable features and ideal for both comfortable living and special occasions, which is rare in a new home in Rochester, NY.

All Saginaw I floor plans will be built from the ground-up with standard front stonework and partial shake siding options. On the interior, they will boast of three spacious bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a roomy two-car garage and over 1,900 square feet of comfortable living space. Generously spacious rooms provide families with room to grow and entertain. These homes will be loaded with standard features and special options, such as a 10-foot by 14-foot morning room and nine-foot first floor ceilings. However, modifications and personalization options are always encouraged in our new homes!

The open-concept living arrangement offers rooms that truly live up to their name. The main floor of these two-story homes will showcase a generous great room that effortlessly transitions into a spacious kitchen with dinette. The kitchen will include plenty of cabinetry for convenient storage, vinyl flooring and a sizeable pantry. Also, on the first floor, the two-car garage will lead into a well-situated mudroom with a coat closet with a powder room close by.

The oversized second floor will boast two secondary bedrooms including one with a walk-in closet, and a practical location near the shared bath and laundry room. The large owner’s suite will feature a relaxing bath with tile, tub and shower combo, dual vanities and a linen closet. A huge walk-in closet provides ample storage space.

Our Rose Hill Estates homeowners enjoy a central location in Chili just minutes from I-490, shopping opportunities and more. Plus, conveniences such as Target, Wegmans, Kmart and Walgreens are just around the corner. This community is safe, friendly and great for families, as children will obtain an A+ education in the popular Churchville-Chili School District.

At Queens Park, homeowners have attractions such as The Marketplace Mall Henrietta, Tinker Nature Park and Riverton Golf Club within minutes of their new home in Henrietta, as well as the conveniences of shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby. Located south of I-90 and west of I-390, our Queens Park community gives residents the tranquility of living in the country with the lowest taxes in Monroe County.

If you’ve decided Rose Hill Estates or Queens Park is your perfect community, check out the Saginaw I plan and create your dream home! For more information, visit www.faberbuilders.com.
