Queen's Park Now Accepting Lot Reservations

Faber Homes Announces New Community Lot Presale
Builder to Deliver First Homes in Queen’s Park this September

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Faber Homes will release the first nine lots in Section 1 of its new West Henrietta residential community, Queen’s Park, beginning today, Friday, February 19. This new development comes on the heels of the completion of Berkshire Park, Faber Homes’ largest residential community of over 480 homes, also located in West Henrietta.

“We are thrilled to begin the construction phase of this beautiful new community in West Henrietta and provide our customers with their dream homes,” said Bernie Iacovangelo, President and CEO of Faber Homes. “The successes of our neighborhoods, especially Berkshire Park, fueled our decision to further invest in the community, and provide another neighborhood for homebuyers in Rochester.”

Construction began in early 2016 on Queen’s Park, which is located at the corner of Moore Rd. and Martin Rd. in West Henrietta, just a few miles south of the Rochester Institute of Technology. The community will feature sidewalks and streetlights, as well as new to-be-released floorplans and exteriors. Once completed, the development will have 125 lots. To date, infrastructures are progressing as scheduled, which will allow Faber Homes to deliver the first homes this September, including the first quick delivery home, scheduled to break ground on April 1.

To reserve one of the first nine lots in Queen’s Park, or learn Faber Homes’ other Rochester-area communities, prospective homeowners should visit www.faberhomes.com, or call sales counselors Anthony Tata (585.750.9811) or Don Cariola (585.509.9571).
