Ranch and Colonial Homes Available at Regency Park

Thanks to its low cost of living, great schools and convenience to job opportunities, owning a new home in Greece is a great fit for families. It’s a welcoming, friendly place that is a quiet escape from the ever-growing city surroundings. Established in this beautiful town is our Regency Park community.

Located off Janes Road near Island Cottage Road, Regency Park features affordable single-family ranch and colonial-style homes. Priced from the high $170,000s, these homes offer space for families of all sizes.

We currently offer six unique floor plans at Regency Park. The Devon, Sunderland and Trenton are single-story ranch homes offering two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. In addition, we have three colonial-style two-story homes - the Macon, Medway 3 and Westcott – which include three or four bedrooms and up to 1,900 square feet of living space. Our homes showcase open concept living areas with spacious eat-in kitchens open to the great room, large master bedrooms with walk-in closets, private secondary bedrooms that share a hall bath, optional studies and bonus rooms, and much more.

Currently, we have two inventory homes available now for buyers ready to buy. Our Sunderland ranch plan is available at 108 Falkirk Place and is priced at $175,900. We also have the Medway 3 plan available, and it is priced at $199,900.

Regency Park is conveniently located just two miles away from Route 390, which provides easy access to nearby Irondequoit and Rochester. Rochester not only offers residents an array of outdoor adventures, employment opportunities and family fun, but the city also holds many titles that make it an amazing place to call home. It was recently ranked first among 379 of the most livable cities in the United States by Places Rated Almanac. It is the third most populous city in the state and is the least expensive in terms of real estate in the New York area. The city has also received the top ranking for overall quality of life among U.S. metros with population over one million by Expansion Management Magazine.

In addition to its proximity to Rochester, Regency Park is a five-minute drive to Wegmans, and it is close to Ontario Beach Park and the I-390 bike path, a 5.3-mile greenway that runs from Route 104 nearly to Lake Ontario. The Town of Greece also maintains 17 park areas that contain 764 acres of land. Within 189 acres of developed land, there are 13 baseball diamonds, 10 soccer fields, 16 playgrounds, three combination football and soccer fields, eight basketball courts, two volleyball courts, a skate park, two disc golf courses and several nature trails.
