The Sweetheart Special is our promotion offering a $7,500 allowance in design upgrades from Claridge Decorating Centre when you build new in either Queens Park or Rose Hill Estates before February 29th, 2020.* Whether you have had your eye on upgraded flooring, show-stopping cabinets, or gorgeous granite countertops in your new home, this special is designed to so you can choose which upgraded features you want to add to your new home, for $7,500 less than the normal upgrade price.

Located off Beaver Rd, Rose Hill Estates is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle, but still within a couple miles of major interstates and shopping! Families looking for a safe community with local flair within the Churchville-Chili School District will find this community to be ideal.
