COVID-19 Updates

Dear Faber Community,

The past few months have been a testament of the strength and resilience of the Rochester community as we have all worked together to slow the spread of the Coronavirus. While we know that continued, vigilant effort must be maintained to curb this threat, we are pleased that the Rochester area has been given the green light to begin Phase One of reopening.

This first phase allows us, at Faber Builders, to resume construction on our homebuyers’ new homes. For everyone’s health and safety, and in an effort to go above and beyond the ESDC and Governor’s office requirements, we have implemented new policies and procedures that will structure how we conduct business. This will allow us to ensure that the homes we build and the meetings we hold will always have homeowners, staff, and vendors’ health and safety in mind.

Therefore, please rest assured that all employees, subcontractors, vendors, sales staff, and all others visiting Faber sites will be following all requirements and other applicable Department of Health and Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidance. This includes practicing social distancing, providing wash stations where needed, and sanitizing all jobsites and offices. We will also use virtual meetings and provide information electronically, to the extent feasible, to prohibit unnecessary physical meetings.

What does all this mean for YOU?

It means we are OPEN and we are ready to help with all of your new home-building needs! To set up a virtual appointment or give us a call, you can reach us here. We are grateful to be able to provide quality homes to families in the Rochester community and are thankful to get back to work for our homebuyers. Don’t hesitate to call us now as we kickstart this new season of growth and dedication to our business.

Wishing You Health and Safety,

Faber Builders, Inc.

Dear Faber Builders Homeowners,

We all find ourselves in extraordinary circumstances, coming together to ensure the health and safety of our families, neighbors and communities as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate. The healthy and safety of our employees and homeowners is our top priority.

To support efforts underway to slow the spread of the virus, we will temporarily suspend all Warranty Service appointments through at least June 1st, 2020. We will continue to monitor our warrantysfb@fabergroup.com email should you need any immediate assistance during this time. 6 & 12 Month inspection report reminder will still be sent out as scheduled and reports will still be accepted during this time. We will be in contact with you to schedule your service appointment after June 1st, 2020.

If you have an emergency during this time please refer to the specific list of emergency contacts that have been provided to you at the time of your closing.

During this time, our hearts go out to everyone impacted by COVID-10. We are all living through a time of great uncertainty when we do not know exactly what will come in the weeks and months ahead. During these times, it is important as ever to lean into what matters most and what inspires all the work we do at Faber Builders – Family.

It is our privilege to serve you and we look forward to seeing you when our communities come back stronger than before!

With gratitude,

Faber Builders, Inc.
